Located less than a 5 minute walk from Normanville's celebrated beach and only a short distance from the village-like Normanville town centre.
This large immaculate home is presented to a high standard with everything available at your fingertips. It's very spacious and ideal for two families or a group of friends.
Featuring four generous sized bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably, two full bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen and dining with a separate formal lounge & a second large family area perfect for the children.
The fully appointed kitchen has all stainless-steel electrical appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, induction cooktop, full oven and microwave. The kitchen has ample bench space and is centrally located within the home.
The formal lounge is very relaxing and located just off the kitchen. A large family living room is located to the rear of the home and comes complete with a massive comfortable lounge suite, large flat-screen TV, Foxtel and a stereo (including turntable).
The beautiful master bedroom is huge and includes a king size bed, ensuite with a double shower and a double walk-in robe. All bedrooms are carpeted with reverse ducted air-conditioning/heating. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also include built-in-robes.
Outside, you will find a lovely, fully paved undercover entertaining area with high quality fixed blinds which completely enclose the area perfect for entertaining and having a family BBQ.
Normanville has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township is nestled between the hills and the pristine dunes. The beach is strikingly clean with clear water and fine white sand, and is a very popular beach for families because of this.
Normanville is an ideal base for those interested in exploring the Fleurieu Peninsula. It's a leisurely stroll to the centre of Normanville, a 25 minute drive to McLaren Vale wineries and 15 minutes to the famous Victory Hotel.
